This is going to be a one of a kind post because I know how important affirmations are for your day to day life. 

Throughout our lives, we face a lot of problems, and sadly some don’t heal. It can be in the form of verbal, emotional, mental and sadly, other stuff that I don’t want to talk about because I am not your therapist. 

However, in such tough situations, what I would recommend is that you should never ever give up at any cost. 

Because I know that life is tough and so are you. 

So, in order to help you in the process, I bring to you a complete monthly chart of daily/weekly affirmations that you might need once in a while. 

Note that these affirmations are not just positive statements but phrases of power. 

Power so good, that you will be the person that you have always wanted to be. 

So, before you start, let me tell you that these affirmations are grouped under daily and weekly. What I will be providing is 31 sets of 5 affirmations each (totaling the entire month), that you need to utter every single day. 

And by the way, how to utter affirmations? 

You can say it softly so that no one can hear, you can imbibe it within your mind or do it just the way I like to do it personally – say the affirmation so loud inside my room that my boyfriend thinks that I might just have lost it. Lol.
